First of all, I never got to see an actual doctor, not even once. I was called in on several appointments for different tests that they could have done all at once, charged for each individual appointment and guaranteed that nothing would be done that my insurance wouldn't cover. I was never informed of the results of any of the tests or what the overall findings indicated, and the next time I saw my primary care physician he couldn't find anything online either. He had referred me and they had never sent him results nor posted anything to my online files. I feel like I was used simply to charge insurance over and over, and now they sent me a bill for several hundred more dollars even after promising that insurance would cover it.

Stay away the office help is useless and changes all the time, Dr Sayal just wants your CoPay so there are so many useless test. He said I had Asthma which i don't so nothing helped even the Drug Trials people said i didn't have Asthma.

I have left multiple messages to Roberts to get a blood work problem rectified and she never gets back to me.Extremely poor customer service and will go elsewhere.

After two years of treatment with another pulmonologist and no improvement, I sought a second opinion. Dr. Sayal nailed the actual diagnosis in the first five minutes and I'm finally getting the right treatment.

__I was generally impressed with Dr. Sayall's manner and professionalism. At first sight, a patient will trust a doctor or not. I will take directions from the "Doc," for the time being. I will be more impressed when I get well.
